Career
Mr. Radhakrishnan was instrumental in forming a separate Company in March, 1995 titled DESCON Limited, which is a knowledge based Consultancy Company specialized mainly in the field of IT, ITES, CADD/GIS, Power Engineering & Design and Consultancy Services.

He joined Dishergarh Power Supply Company Limited (now DPSC Limited), a Power Generation and Distribution Company as Company Secretary at the young age of 26 and went on to be at the helm of affairs as Managing Director of DPSC Limited in January, 2003 and relinquished his office in February, 2010.

Achievement
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Member of the All India Management Association. He was the President of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry for two consecutive years in 2007 and 2008, which is a very rare feat. Presently, he is the Vice Chairman, Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, Government of India, New Delhi, Committee Member - ASSOCHAM, Member of the Advisory Group on Energy, West Bengal State Council of Science & Technology, Government of West Bengal, Member - Board of Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, Member – Governing Body, Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kolkata and Member of the Board of Management of Dr. Grahams Home, Kalimpong.

Qualification
An Alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Mr. Radhakrishnan obtained a Law degree and qualified as a professional Company Secretary.
