HR restructuring and Manpower Rationalization

Consultancy Assignment on Restructuring of Bihar State Electricity Board (BSEB), Meghalaya State Electricity Board (MeSEB) & on corporatization strategy, manpower restructuring and human resource planning.
Assignment for the HR Consultancy of Indraprastha Power Generation Corporation Limited and Pragati Power Corporation Limited in their re-organization. Descon prepared the Strategic Re-structuring Plan, assisted in HR Due Diligence and Implementation of Merger / Reconstruction.
During the Orissa Power Sector Reform, which was a World Bank project, Descon conducted the human resource planning and rationalization of manpower for Orissa State Electricity Board funded by DFID under Institutional strengthening program (ISP). Chairman Gridco and DFID appreciated Descon’s work on rationalization of manpower.
